Documents and Communications
Enhanced Clixsign Event Notifications: Users can now receive email and in-app notifications for key events in the Clixsign document lifecycle. System administrators can enable notifications for specific document statuses—such as 'Sent,' 'Opened,' 'Completed,' or 'Declined'—so that the user who originally sent the document is kept informed of its progress. This feature improves visibility and helps users track documents more effectively.
Integrations and API
New API Endpoint to Get All Contact Lists: A new API endpoint, GET /v1/contacts/lists, is now available to retrieve a comprehensive list of all contact lists within your account. This allows for programmatic discovery of list IDs and their associated metadata, such as name, creation details, and filters. The endpoint supports pagination and filtering, enabling more dynamic and automated interactions with your contact data.
New API Endpoint to Create and Edit Transactions: A new API endpoint is now available in Centrex Software. We now have the ability to create and edit transactions via the API.
Syndication
Preset Management Fee for Syndicates: For users of the Advances module, you can now establish a preset management fee percentage for specific syndicates in the advance settings. When an affiliate with a preset fee is selected during the creation or editing of an advance, the management fee will be automatically populated. This reduces manual entry and ensures consistency in fee application.
New Notification Center
New in System Pop-Up Redesign. The in-system pop-ups have been redesigned and are now clickable.
Notification Bell Icon/Center. The new notification center allows any Centrex Software user to see any and all notifications, whether they have been read or unread. The notification center will show you all your notifications within the last 14 days. Each notification is clickable, so you can quickly access that contact that is associated with that notification.
New Top Navigation Design
Top Navigation Redesign. The new navigation design allows for there to be more real estate on the page when using a computer. This allows for more information to be displayed to the user within the limits of their computer screen. The company logo is smaller and will require a transparent background. To change your logo you can navigate to the admin tab, companies, click on your company and change the logo. The top navigation icons are also now displayed on the top right-hand side of the platform.
- Recently Viewed and Favorites Page. Along with the notification center bell icon, you also now have buttons for your recently viewed and favorite pages.
- The My Profile Button. The my profile button (Username at top right of screen) and dropdown has all the settings for that specific Centrex Software user.
