Document Updates
We've introduced updates to the document section.
- Quickly Manage Multiple Documents with Bulk Deletion: You can now select multiple document templates and packages at once to delete them in a single action. This feature makes it much faster and more efficient to clean up old or unused documents, helping you keep your repository organized.
- Document Download Logging: Logging has been added to each document, where you can now view date and time stamps on who downloaded the document and when that download occurred.
Payment Processing Update
We've introduced updates to improve the transaction status updates received from Actum Processing.
- Additional Time Slot for Actum Processing: We have added one more time slot for checking the Actum Processing FTP servers for transaction status updates to make sure all transactions statuses are updated in the Centrex platform before the day is over. This will result in making sure syndicates are properly paid their remittances each day for Centrex clients processing with Actum Processing.
