This article was developed to describe the steps involved to view content on the Guidelines tab found within the CRM. The Guidelines tab is a storage tool for content such as document files and various other resources that can be organized and readily available for CRM Users.
Pictured above is an example Guidelines tab with some Featured Pages.
Once logged in to the CRM, content on the Guidelines tab can be accessed from the Featured Pages section, by clicking on a Category, or by Searching for content.
Featured Pages
Featured Pages will always display on the front page of the Guidelines tab, regardless of which category they are listed under. Generally, these would be the most important pages you would want to view first.
Select a Category
In the example image above, clicking on the Processing Category displays the Processing Pages.
Search Content
Once you start typing in the Search Content box, the system will begin to display potential page results. Clicking on a search result will bring you directly to that page.
Once you locate the particular Guidelines page that you are looking for, click on the link to be taken to that page. Pictured below is an example of what your Guidelines page might look like.
