The Tasks nested tab acts as a fully functioning task management system within the Client's Dashboard. This keeps all the users in the system aware of any tasks that are assigned to them, a team member, or even an external contact such as the contact or an attorney.

Adding a task
- Go to the Client Dashboard > click the Tasks tab.
- Click the add a task icon > the Create Task window opens.
- When finished, click Save Task.
Editing and deleting a task
- Go to the Client Dashboard > click the Tasks tab.
- Do either of the following:
Completing a task
- Go to the Client Dashboard > click the Tasks tab.
- Click the complete task icon in the appropriate task row.
- Click Yes when the Confirm Completion popup displays.
NOTE
That task is now complete and the colored line you have associated with an incomplete task has now changed to reflect a completed task.
