The Tasks nested tab acts as a fully functioning task management system within the Client's Dashboard. This keeps all the users in the system aware of any tasks that are assigned to them, a team member, or even an external contact such as the contact or an attorney.

Adding a task

  1. Go to the Client Dashboard > click the Tasks tab.
  2. Click the add a task icon Green_White_Plus_Button.png > the Create Task window opens.

  3. When finished, click Save Task.

Editing and deleting a task

  1. Go to the Client Dashboard > click the Tasks tab.
  2. Do either of the following:
    • To edit a task:
      • Click the edit icon Edit_Gray_Icon.png > make your changes > click Save Task.
    • To delete a task:
      • Click the delete icon Trash_Can_Delete_Symbol_2.png.

Completing a task

  1. Go to the Client Dashboard > click the Tasks tab.
  2. Click the complete task green_checkbox.png icon in the appropriate task row.
  3. Click Yes when the Confirm Completion popup displays.
    NOTE
    That task is now complete and the colored line you have associated with an incomplete task has now changed to reflect a completed task.
