This article was developed to describe the Status Change Report provided by the Centrex CRM. The Status Change Report illustrates when status changes occur in the Centrex system and records the system user that facilitated the status change as well.

It is divided into the following sections:

 

Overview

To access this tool, log in to the CRM and click the Reports tab. Scroll down and select "Status Change" (see the red highlighted area below).

Report Filters
This report can be manipulated in several different ways to reflect the information you wish to view.

  • Contact Assigned Company: Select from a list of companies. (Limited to a Single Entry)
  • Status Changed By: Select from a list of system users. (Supports Multiple Entry Selection)
  • From Stage: Select from a list of contact Stages. (Supports Multiple Entry Selection)
  • To Stage: Select from a list of contact Stages. (Supports Multiple Entry Selection
  • From Status: Select from a list of contact Statuses. (Supports Multiple Entry Selection)
  • To Status: Select from a list of contact Statuses. (Supports Multiple Entry Selection) 

 

Data Filtering Capabilities

By clicking the "Today" dropdown option at the top right of the page (see the image below), you can either select specific dates to filter by using the calendar view, or you may select from several filters shown below on the left side of the page if you click on the second "Today" dropdown. These include but are not limited to: Today, Tomorrow, Yesterday, This Week, Last 7 Days, Last 15 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, etc.)

Report Table

The report table will reflect the data that you have specified via filter options (see the sample image below).

Report Customization & Export

You can click the "Export Current View" button to export a report using your current filter settings (see below highlighted in Red) into a comma-delimited file format (.csv). You may also customize fields and records per page, as well as the date format using the Customize Table option (see below highlighted in Blue).
