This article was developed to describe the functionality of the "History" report.
The History Report allows management to track recorded events that occur on the Client Dashboard of contacts. To access this report, log in to the CRM and click on the Reports tab. Then click "History" from the list of available reports (see the image below).
Users & Date Range Selection
- Users: Select from the list of Users to view recorded events that they created.
- Date Range: Choose a date range from when the recorded events occurred.
Analyzing the Data
- # of Records to Display dropdown menu: Select how many results to display per page.
- Select a Type dropdown menu: Filter the data further by selecting a specific History Event Type.
